Soulful Flow – Saturdays 9.00 – 10.00am in the Yoga Room

Welcome to soulful flow!

A class created to fill up your soul and centre you. Weaving breath and philosophy into physical movement , thus forging a clear pathway for our attention to flow inwards.

Yoga can help us forge new ways of thinking and open up new doorways into our own potential. Helping us become our best selves and find inner peace. All this can start with a simple breath.

Expect flowing movements, a deep but joyful energy accompanied by music.

All levels welcome to practice.

YOU Flow – Wednesdays 9.30 – 10.30am in the Studio

This hour is an opportunity to unite back to yourself on a path of intuition and soft guidance. A space to allow that deep sense of truth to wake up and be heard.

We explore sound at times , we explore our edges and above all we practice from the heart space.

This class is available for all abilities and kramas ( steps) are offered.

Music will accompany the flow.

The Teacher

My name is Seanie and I’m trained in Hatha Yoga, with ongoing trainings in advanced Hatha, Yoga Therapy and Yin. Yoga has been a special journey for me so far, and I’m learning something new every day. As a mum to two children it has deeply influenced how I parent. As a teacher I aim to provide a space to nurture, and feel safe which I feel allows us to relax further and explore our inner worlds.

My style of teaching is ever ongoing, laced with philosophy and creative movements, all led by the breath.
