Kundalini Yoga – Mondays 17:30 – 18:45 in the Studio

Kundalini Yoga is a practice based on traditional yogic philosophy, tantric practices, and ancient teachings. Its ultimate goal is to purify the body and mind in preparation for the awakening of kundalini energy, the creative potential within each of us that connects us to our true nature and universal consciousness. Because of this, Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the “yoga of awareness”.
Kundalini Yoga classes combine various yogic techniques for a comprehensive approach to well-being. A Kundalini class will typically include not only asana (physical postures), but also pranayama (breathwork), mantra, and meditation techniques.

Classes are designed to move energy, so while some exercises may seem physically or mentally challenging, it’s common to experience energetic highs, feelings of joy or bliss, and clarity as a result of connecting to our true selves. Kundalini Yoga increases health and vitality on all levels, and provides direct guidance along a path of personal growth and transformation.

The Teacher

Hi I’m Saadhoo. I help people elevate their human experience through Kundalini Yoga. I have witnessed the transformative power of Kundalini first hand and have received many of its benefits. I am from the Amrit Nam Sarovar School of Yoga. A community rooted in traditional yoga founded by Karta Singh Khalsa.

My belief is that every person is the embodiment of the whole universe and everyone matters. I want to help you reach your fullest potential and reconnect with the divine, your true self.
