Buti Yoga – Thursday’s 5.30 – 6.30pm in the Studio

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. We connect pumping music with intensive movements to create an electric energy. Your movements will get you out of your head and back into your body.

Every class is different so your muscle groups are always challenged! Loud, pumping music guides the class to the beat, incorporating elements of shaking and vibration to help move your body with cellular reorganisation. Students have said they’ve experienced feelings of inner transformation, the breakdown of emotional barriers, feelings of self-love and powerful human connections during this unique and very powerful class! Everyone at any level is welcome and encouraged to come along and try something new!

The Teacher

I’m Mollie, a true believer in the magic of movement. I have been practising yoga and trying all different forms of movement and exercise for many years, I can honestly say that bringing movement into my life completely changed the way I live, the way I feel about myself and my body. I’m a total believer that movement is not only about your physical being but mentally too, it brings happiness, a clear mind and confidence, it is absolutely essential in all our lives. My classes are all about empowering you to move your body freely, connect with yourself and each other, to embrace who YOU are and the body you are living in!
