I am honoured to have the opportunity to pass my knowledge and the kundalini yoga teachings to anyone open to receive them, so that they can make small changes in their life. Through a regular practice the student will eventually transform their life into a healthier, more balanced and fulfilling one.
Kundalini Yoga not only promotes self-healing and increases vitality, but it also provides more well-known benefits: increased flexibility, expanded lung capacity, stronger core, stress alleviation, stronger and more balance immune, nervous and glandular systems amongst many others. My first personal experience with yoga was over 15 years ago, when I was exploring different types of yoga practices, and first encounter the concept of third eye and the spiritual practice associated with yoga. About 12 years ago I had a bad back injury followed by an operation, an after trying physiotherapy and osteopathy, which indeed helped me recover, I found that the practice of yoga was my saviour and really helped me find balance in my body and gradually and naturally build a core strength which has since held me in my physical and emotional life.
After a few years of exploration I discovered Kundalini Yoga, and realised how powerful and life changing its practice is. I then decided to share my life changing experience with the people around me, and decided to embark on the Kundalini Teacher training, which indeed was very intense, but has transformed my life in a powerful yet gentle way, and totally in harmony with my body, spirit and soul’s needs.
I am honoured to have the opportunity to pass my knowledge and the kundalini yoga teachings to anyone open to receive them, so that they can make small changes in their life.
