Hatha Flow – Mondays 5.30 – 6.30pm in the Yoga Room
A steady Hatha Flow class focusing on Breath, Stability and Ease as we weave together the foundational asanas to build a strong and sustainable practice. Suitable for Beginners and those who are interested in experiencing the full practice of yoga; breath, asana, relaxation and philosophy, taught with many clear instructions, bio-mechanical awareness & passion!

Katie Despres trained as a yoga teacher under Christopher Gladwell and Sarah Harlow and holds an 800 hour Hatha Yoga teacher qualification with the IYN. As an experienced Transpersonal/ Wellbeing coach, Katie combines her love of teaching yoga with her knowledge of Wellbeing to create classes, workshops and courses aimed at increasing students awareness of their own wellbeing so they can make empowered life choices.
