Yoga is the medicine that holds all the pieces of my life together. I started my training here in Bristol in 2009 and have been teaching and learning ever since. I teach Hatha flow, vinyasa, pregnancy and mums and babes Yoga. I teach my own interpretation of non-lineage yoga, drawing inspiration from a multitude of different sources. I create flowing sequences of postures that are threaded together with the breath.
I see myself as a ‘space holder’ for the practice of yoga. Yoga brings about a kind of freedom which allows us to reconnect and come home to ourselves. It is powerful movement medicine and I love facilitating for this amazing practise.
