Queer Yoga – Thursdays 6.45 – 7.45 in the Yoga Room
Queer yoga is an inclusive yoga class for the LGBTQ+ community and friends. Expect Vinyasa style yoga for all levels with a focus on breath, alignment and building physical and mental strength; meet new people and learn yoga in a safe and inclusive environment where gender expression and all sexuality’s are respected and celebrated.
I have been practising yoga for 10 years, starting with Ashtanga and then moving over to more vinyasa styles. I trained in Bristol in 2016 first completing my 200 hour foundation level and then my ATTC in 2017. I have also studied at the Sivinanda Ashram in Kerela. As well as being a yoga teacher I am also a clinical hypnotherapist and empowerment coach, which I’ve been doing for seven years. My real passion is combining solution-focused hypnotherapy and coaching with yoga to create classes that focus on mental well being as well as physical health. As well as running classes I also run workshops and day retreats centred around self-care and well being.
