Energising Flow and Meditation – Tuesdays 12.10 – 12.55pm in the Yoga Room
Expect a strong and invigorating flow for the first part of the class where you will be encouraged to breathe deep and build heat in the body, for the second half we’ll slow right down and move into some long-hold postures. We will always finish with a meditation to leave you feeling clear and centred. This class will be a chance to open up the breath and the body and is accessible for everyone, no matter what your level of experience.
I trained in Hatha Yoga and from that background, breathing practices and meditation are at the core of all of my classes. I love to share this knowledge and experience which is why I build different styles of classes but always include time to meditate.
I am passionate about the sea and run surf and yoga retreats when I get the chance, I think the water element seeps into my classes when I start to slow things down and introduce calm, fluid movements and long-hold postures.
