Do you need to chill out at the end of a stressful week or need time for yourself simply relaxing and being still?
Debbie leads Hatha classes in the Bristol area and has recently been concentrating on restorative sessions. She finds that people are coming to classes and expecting a workout or a sweat and are then remaining in that flight/ fight stress mode. Instead she wants people to learn the art of surrender, to find a pause, release the stress button and find more peace of mind.
These monthly sessions encourage people to experience quietude, to stimulate and operate out of the parasympathetic nervous system and ultimately to restore a sense of balance within. She uses props and guides through deep intuitive energy work with the addition of prose and music.
