Mother’s Day Retreat

We know how exhausting it is being a Mum, and that you dream of a day to yourself, to eat amazing food, to connect with your body, to process some of the thoughts and feelings that you have shelved because life gets in the way!
It may have been a while since you spent some time looking after yourself. Having a family is one of the hardest jobs in the world and we all need to take a break every now and then. On our Mothers day retreat you will relax, stretch, stop, think, enjoy, eat an amazing nourishing lunch and will leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Aside from your wonderful feast and chance to meet other mums you will receive 100% attention from us! You won’t have to lift a finger, and we have scheduled in to the day a yoga class, gentle mother workshop, reflection time, deep relaxation session, and a mother pamper to beat all pampers including foot baths, head neck and shoulder massage, incredible smells and downtime.
You now have the chance to do all of these things in a safe, soothing and nurturing space, created by Retreat Yourself.
The day includes:
- A healthy and nutritious lunch made by our amazing retreat chef Kirstie Urquhart
