Lighten your mind, nourish your body day retreat. Leaving you feeling calm, refreshed and ready to head back into daily life.

Join Laura and Caroline for this restoring and nourishing hypnotherapy and yoga one day retreat in the heart of Bristol on 18 May 2019. We will be exploring hypnotherapy techniques alongside yoga practices focused on finding balance and connection in the whole body and mind.

We will also share a delicious vegetarian lunch and you’ll take away a bag of goodies.

You will leave feeling calm, refreshed and nourished with some techniques you can take into your daily life.

No hypnotherapy or yoga experience is necessary and we can accommodate any dietary requirements.

The retreat will be limited to 16 people to allow for a personalised approach. Mats and blankets are provided for your comfort.

Laura is a 200hr Yoga Allliance registered teacher, teaching weekly Vinyasa classes in Bristol.

Caroline is a solutions focused hypnotherapist who specialises in helping people with anxiety and low self esteem.
