An evening of Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Fusing Ailsa’s love for invigorating and uplifting Vinyasa Flow Yoga and deeply relaxing and revitalising Restorative Yoga, From Yang to Yin promises to be an evening to pamper and rejuvenate your mind and body. This 1 hour 45min workshop will open with pranayama (breath work), move into the Vinyasa Flow practice and close with meditative restorative yoga poses and a Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep, leading you to the point between wakefulness and sleep). As always, the workshop will be accompanied with a thoughtfully selected soundtrack of eclectic tunes.
