We are very excited to be part of the Bristol Yoga Trail 2019
This years Bristol Yoga Trail 2019 is hosted by SIX independent yoga studios in Bristol – Yogawest, Bristol YogaSpace, Bristol City Yoga, Yogafurie and us, Yoga on the Square!
The Bristol Yoga Trail has been running since 2013 and is organised by the founder Yoga Trail members. We are delighted that it has become the largest FREE annual yoga event in the South West.
It is hosted by independent yoga studios in Bristol and we share the costs of putting it on between us. The work to put it on and host it is voluntary and ALL of the fundraising goes to charity, not to cover the costs of promoting and hosting the event.
We aim to promote yoga practice in Bristol to all by inviting everyone to come along, chat to teachers and studio owners, and try some yoga practice or find out about it for themselves. There are a wide variety of yoga styles, approaches and practices on offer and we hope to see you on the day!

10.30am – 11.30am –> Energising Flow and Meditation with Ellie
11.45am – 12.45pm –> Creative Vinyasa Flow with Leonie
1.00pm – 2.15pm –> Dharma Yoga & Nidra with Ranta
2.30pm – 3.30pm –> Power Flow with Jude
3.45pm – 4.45pm –> Yoga for Beginners with Katie
5.00pm – 6.00pm –> Mindful Movement & Meditation with Kirsty
6.15pm – 7.15pm –> Vinyasa: Flow to Chill with Hazel
Talks in the Yoga Room
11.00am – Rolfing® – Structural Integration. Hands on body work and movement training for better posture and more fluid, efficient movement.
A talk by Jon Hancock – Certified Rolfer™
2.30pm – How yoga inspired us: A talk by Mel & Devaki.
There is no need to book on to any of the classes or talks – just pop by! Although it is all on a first come, first served basis so arrive with enough time to avoid disappointment.
