A two hour workshop combining the importance of yin and yang – finding the complete balance in movement and well being. The first hour Lydia will be taking you through a power flow, strengthening and stabilising your physical self. Lauren will guide you through an hour of soft and gentle movement, releasing tension and stress through yin stretches, breath work and massage.
